CONTRACT

The contract spells out the duties of each party, and lets you know what to expect. It covers retainers, rescheduling, cancellations by either party, copyrights, as well any applicable travel and destination fees. I'll go over the contract with you at the time retainer is collected, to give you a chance to address any questions or concerns you may have.

In today's digital age, Florida state law now recognizes electronic signatures as acceptable (668.50 Uniform Electronic Transaction Act).
